Best experience! Dr. Kay recently performed surgery of nasal and removal of tonsils, and overall I’m so happy I chose him. Although, my recovery was tougher then I thought. This was my first visit to Dr. Kay’s office. The front desk was very polite, welcoming and accommodating. An audiologist quickly saw me for a hearing test that did not last long. I was ushered into a room where another nurse efficiently took my vitals and paper work. After a very brief wait, Dr. Kay arrived. I had taken the time to write up my history & issues in order to save time. Dr. Kay carefully read them and then proceeded with the examination. I was impressed with his professionalism and concern for my issues and feel confidant we are on a path toward resolution.
